We’re launching a new online store this week!
Some important things to know:
- Your account and previous orders will be retained. You don’t need to to anything.
- The new address will be https://btbhb.co.nz. You will be re-directed there from this address when it goes live.
- You will receive store and account related emails from info@behindthebrand.co.nz and store@behindthebrand.co.nz.
- We don’t anticipate any issues, but being a brand-new site there may be some minor teething issues. If you encounter problems, please get in touch. We will be monitoring performance closely, and will have any issues straightened out asap. We thank you for your patience!
Why a new store?
The current store has served us well, but it’s built on ageing technology with many layers of customisation, design decisions, and workflows that are holding us back from giving you the experience we want.
With new owners, a new vision and drive, Behind The Brand needs a new platform – a clean slate – to enable us to provide you with a shopping experience we can all be proud of. An experience that works on all screen sizes, that works quickly and consistently. As it grows and improves over the coming months, we hope you wil feel the benefit in these changes. Of course, we welcome your constructive feedback. We’re still the same team “behind the brand”, and are always here to help.
